CAL ROS, a restaurant with more than one hundred years of history. Former inn and meeting point for Gerona's merchants and businessmen, hearty breakfasts and rustic lunches, where customers from all walks of life have stopped in: politicians, writers, artists, actors, and especially merchants.

Cal Ros now serves an updated version of traditional Catalonian seasonal cuisine, but without losing the roots, aromas, and flavors of the past. The stones and arches surrounding the building are a constant reminder of the history of Cal Ros. We want our cooking and service philosophy to have this flavor, but without forgetting that we are in the 21st century.

All this is thanks to three young entrepreneurs (Sonia Labrador, Jordi Ribas, and Christian Castillo), who have been working for more than ten years in the counties of Gerona, offering their experience to the new and old clients of Cal Ros.
